Booking The Renaissance for your venue is a pretty big check off of the ‘to-do’ list! Since we
already incorporate all the setup, catering, bar packages, staffing, and day-of coordination, you
have a lot of the big things covered.
Now it’s time to start thinking of the other vendors you will more than likely be looking for. A majority of the events that the Renaissance Team has helped couples with are all looking
for a few things that you may be looking for as well. They are:- DJ or Band to really get your guests dancing and having a ball!!

This list certainly doesn’t include everything that you may be looking for, but we are sure it
covers some of the bigger ticket items you’ll need for your big day! The Renaissance has established relationships with many amazing vendors that can help you with anything you are looking for. So, if you are already booked with us, just head over to your client portal and request vendor referrals for what you need. If you haven’t booked with us yet, rest easy knowing that even if you have no idea where to go to look for reputable vendors, we will help you every step of the way until you hire everyone you need. mentioned in the list above, we can help.Hotel referrals? We got you! Transportation referrals? Yep, we got ‘em. You want a horse and carriage to arrive in style? We know the best folks to call for that too! The vendors you hire do not need to be ones that we refer, you are free to hire any vendors that you would like. If you don’t know where to turn, however, we can get you started on the road to success and help you hire the most amazing vendors that will help create your dream wedding!
